Data TabLater stores
TabLater stores the tab URLs, titles, scheduled times, recurrence settings, and notes needed to reopen your tabs later. This data is stored locally in your browser using Chrome extension storage.
Data TabLater does not collect
- No account information.
- No tab URLs, titles, favicons, or note text in analytics.
- Only simple anonymous usage events, such as popup opened, tab saved, and whether a note existed.
- No advertising identifiers.
- No remote copy of your tab list.
Network access
The core TabLater workflow does not send saved tabs to a TabLater server. TabLater uses Umami for simple anonymous product analytics and website analytics. Extension events include coarse usage details only, such as whether a saved tab had a note; they do not include the URL, title, favicon, or note text.
Export and deletion
You can export your local tab data from the extension. You can delete saved reminders and history from inside the extension or remove the extension from Chrome to clear its local extension storage.
